The construction of the temple began in 2003 under the guidance of Acharya Bhrigu Giri Maharaj. This sacred site holds great importance as it was the place where he used to meditate and where Guru Shukracharya performed the Mahāmrityunjaya Mantra. Acharya Bhrigu Giri Maharaj selected this location for the temple's construction (Pran Pratishta) based on this belief. 

Although the initial planning started in 2003, it took several attempts by different architects and engineers before Er. Narayan Sharma took charge of the final engineering and design work. The temple is also noteworthy for its exceptional engineering expertise.
