The 1008th lingam, along with the sacred cow Nandi's statue, stands proudly atop the hillock on which the temple is constructed. There is a magnificent Ganesha statue at the foothills of the temple. The surrounding area exudes a picturesque charm, creating a serene ambiance. Positioned atop the hillock is an idol of the presiding deity, Sri Umaiyambigai Samedha Sri Arunachala Sundareswara, whose sight is deemed worthy of a visit to the temple.
The temple also have shrines dedicated to Ganesha, Ayyappa, Venkateshwara, Anjaneya, Murugan, Sree Rama, Laxman, and Goddess Sita, Bhairav, Goddess Mahalakshmi.
