Gita Jayanti is observed on the 11th day of Shukla Paksha (waxing phase of moon) in the Margashirsh month of Hindu calendar. Bhagavad Gita Jayanti marks the day in which Lord Krishna disclosed the essence of Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna. This year, Gita Jayanti is on 22 December 2023.
