Rinamochana Ganapathi is the 25th of Lord Ganesha’s 32 forms and appears to be the moksha giving deity to its devotees. As the name implies the lord helps his devotees to overcome the chains or bondage, guilt, sins and finally attain mochana. Rina Mochana Ganapathi has a crystal image with four arms. His smooth and white skin is dressed up in red silks. He holds a noose, a goad, his broken tusk and his favorite fruit - the rose apple.
Pooradam Nakshatra or Purva Ashadha star is related to Rinamochana Ganapati. Worshipping this form is believed to overcome the difficulties of his devotees in their path to success.
