Agaya Gangai Waterfalls in Kolli Hills is located near the famous Arapaleeswarar Temple of Lord Shiva in Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu, India. Akasha Ganga, which literally means Ganges of Sky, is a 300 ft waterfall formed by the Aiyaru River and the jungle stream Panchanathi in Kolli Hills or Kollimalai, in Tamil.
The waterfalls set amidst mountains in the Eastern Ghats provide tourists stunning views of the thickly forested valleys and the green vegetation. A steep set of more than 1000 steps from the Arapaleeswarar Temple leads one to the bottom of the waterfall. Pambatti Siddhar Cave, located close to Agaya Gangai Falls, is another popular tourist spot.
