Chirakkara Mahavishnu Temple in Kaimanam is an important Lord Vishnu temple located on the banks on Karamana River in Thiruvananthapuram. The temple is a unique for enshrining both the idols of Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva inside the Sreekovil. The main deity Mahavishnu is depicted in a standing posture on one side of the Sreekovil. On the other side Mahadeva is enshrined in a Shivalinga. Chirakara Mahavishnu Temple is just 4 km from, Trivandrum.
