The date of Gauri Tritiya 2024 is on 11th April. Gauri Tritiya is one of the important festivals dedicated to Goddess Parvati. The festival is celebrated from 3rd day of Chaitra shukla to 3rd day of Vaishakha shukla. Gauri Tritiya is more popular among women folk of Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Karnataka. It is believed that Goddess Parvati spent this one month period at her parent’s home. The festival is celebrated in memory of this event.
