Shiva Shadakshara Stotram Lyrics Meaning

Shiva Shadakshara Stotram is a powerful Lord Shiva prayer addressed to the six lettered mantra of Shiva – the "Om Namah Shivaya”. Shiva Sadakshara Stotram is found in the famous Rudrayamala Tantra text. Rudra Yamala Tantra is part of the Bhairava Agama canon of Shaivism as well as Tantric canon of Shaktism. In this Hexa-Syllabic Hymn, there is a single stanza mantra for each letter of Aum-Na-Ma-Shi-Va-Ya. It is believed that anyone who recites Shiva Shadakshara Mantra in front of in Shiva temple daily with devotion, faith and concentration would attain Happiness and Moksha.
