Nritya Ganapati is the 15th among the 32 forms of Lord Ganesha. Nritya Ganapati literally means the “Happy Dancer”. In this form, Lord Ganesh appears in golden hue complexion in dancing posture on one leg under Kalpavriksha (Wish Fulfill Tree) with four hands. On his main right hand holds the tusk and the upper hand with elephant goad, on the left hand hold a battle-axe and noose. On his fingers with rings and the trunk curled holding his favourite sweet Modaka.

Nritya Ganapati can be worshipped in Arulmigu Magudeshwarar Temple, in Kodumudi, Tamil Nadu. Also temples in Chamarajanagar and Nanjangud in Mysore district, Karnataka, has 32 forms of Ganapati sculptures. Pazhavangadi Ganesh Temple in Trivandrum also has sculptures of Nritya Ganapati.

English Translation and Meaning
“The Dancing Ganapati” under the boon-tree. He has four arms. He is golden in colour. His hands hold the single tusk, the elephant goad, the noose, the axe (parashu) or the hatchet (kuthara). The dhyana sloka specifies that one of the four hands can show a cake.
