The 10 days annual Aswathy Pongala Festival at Keezharoor Temple is celebrated on the Malayalam Kumbha masam ever year. The pongala offering to Goddess Rajarajeswari is on the 10th day of the festival, on the Ashwathy nakshatram. Numerous cultural events will be held as part of the festival.
