മീന മാസം Meena Masam or Meenam Month 2022 Malayalam Calendar

മീന മാസം - കൊല്ലവർഷത്തിലെ എട്ടാമത്തെ മാസമാണ് മീനം. സൂര്യൻ മീനം രാശിയിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്ന സമയമാണ് മീനമാസം. മാർച്ച് - ഏപ്രിൽ മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇടക്കാണ് മീന മാസം വരിക. ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളില്‍ ഉത്സവങ്ങളുടെ കൊടിയേറ്റമാസം.

 Meena Masam or Meenam Month is the 8th month in a traditional Kerala Malayalam calendar. Meena Masam usually falls from Mid March to mid April every year. In 2022, Meenam month or Meena masam is from 15 March to 13 April 2022. Meenam (Kollavarsham 1197) coincides with Panguni month in Tamil Calendar, and Phalguna and Chaitra month in other traditional Indian calendars.

Similar to Kumbha Masam, Meenam is also the month of festivals in Kerala. Numerous Hindu Temples in Kerala, especially Lord Krishna temples celebrate the annual festival in the month of Meenam. Other auspicious days which fall in the month include Ranga Panchami, Meena Bharani, Sri Rama Navami, Kodungallur Meena Bharani, Ambalapuzha Arattu, and Veda Vyasa Jayanti.
